Lakewood Multi-Room Makeover

We’re excited to share one of our recent design transformations—a beautiful multi-room makeover in Lakewood that brought new life and function to a young family’s home. With updates to the kitchen, dining room, sitting area, and a smart reimagining of the existing laundry room into a mudroom, this project focused on creating a more functional, welcoming space full of personality.

The Goal: Light, Bright, and Storage-Savvy

The family’s top priorities? Maximizing storage, creating a brighter atmosphere, and weaving in color and character throughout the home. As their family continues to grow, they needed thoughtful design solutions that would not only work for them now, but also evolve with their needs over time.

To meet those goals, we collaborated closely to design and install custom cabinetry throughout the spaces—adding clever storage in all the right places while maintaining a cohesive and clean aesthetic. From kitchen drawers to mudroom cubbies, every inch was planned with purpose.

A Fresh Take on Color

One of our favorite parts of this project? This young family wasn’t afraid of a little color! From soft coastal hues to bold accents, the palette brings so much life and energy into the space. And can we talk about that blue and white checkerboard floor? A playful, stylish choice that adds just the right amount of charm and personality.
